Q. How long will it take for me to receive payment for my platinum?
- A. Typically it only takes a 1-2 days for the refining of the platinum after we receive it, the payment is sent the day that the assay on the material is completed.
Q. How does the free shipping work?
- A. There are two ways to ship your material, the faster way is to ship it yourself using UPS ground with signature confirmation, the second method being requesting a free shipping kit which we will send you. We reimburse for the initial ups ground shipping and signature confirmation, but any additional insurance or services you decide to use are not covered.
Q. How do i know when/if you received my platinum package?
- A. When we receive your material our shipping/receiving department will send you a confirmation email. UPS ground signature confirmation makes sure that every time the package changes hands or is delivered it is signed for. You can also track your package using the UPS tracking system.
